5th Annual "Pretty In Pink" Brunch & "Woman of Strength" Award
Meet Amy Brechon, The Get In Touch Foundation's 2009 "Woman of Strength."
18 Year-Old Amy was diagnosed with breast cancer five years ago, the summer before entering 8th grade.
An Illinois resident, Amy discovered the lump on her breast through BSE (breast self exam) and continues to be a role model and "breast health ambassador" for girls everywhere.
Her message is one of "awareness & hope."
It's October, Breast "HEALTH" Awareness Month, and I Amy and I both celebrate 5 Years Cancer-Free this month!
Hope Lives!
